Andrew is a Co-Founder and Partner at Grace Court Partners. He was previously Head of Payments and Head of Finance at Check Technologies, a payroll provider serving platforms that support millions of businesses across the United States.

Andrew also serves as an advisor to Buildforce, a tech-enabled staffing business based in Texas that he co-founded in 2019.

Andrew grew up in Oklahoma and played baseball at Washington and Lee University, where he graduated with a degree in Economics and Philosophy. He lives in New York with his wife, Lindsay, and has served on the board of the Michael J. Fox Foundation New York Young Professionals chapter.
